1994 - Gogi Topadze, the businessman, founds the company "Kazbegi" together with his associates. The company buys the Tbilisi second brewery at the auction and starts its full reconstruction with 16 million USD investment.
1995 -"Kazbegi" produces the first Georgian beer -"Ananuri".
1996 - two new brands are produced -  "Pshavi" and "Kazbegi."
Company "Kazbegi" becomes a market leader.
"Kazbegi" sets up a chain of  pubs and restaurants.
1996 -"Kazbegi" trademark is being created.
1997 - "Kazbegi" purchased the shares of the joint stock company "Rustavi Beer".
"Kazbegi" JSC was established.
1998 - "Kazbegi" creates distribution channel involving hundreds of salespeople in every region of Georgia.
1999 - the company starts investing in tourism business. New hotels are  built in  villages Kazbegi and Bakuriani.
1999 - "Kazbegi"  JSC starts producing original drink "Ice Tea" and lemonade. The scientists of the laboratory in Rustavi beer and beverage plants start making aromatic compounds by original recipes using natural ingredients and fruit as raw materials.
2000 - by the volume of production "Kazbegi"  becomes the beer and beverage market leader. "Kazbegi" JSC produces seven  varieties of beer, five varieties of cold tea, and seven varieties of lemonades and aromatic compounds.
2001- the company "Kazbegi – Tobacco" is established, producing five denominations of cigarettes.
2003 - on the basis of Terjola poultry plant, "Kazbegi-Terjola” JSC is established. The main trend of the company is the development of poultry production in Georgia.
2003 - "Kazbegi" starts investing in timber industry. "Kazbegi – Pshaveli" JSC is set up in the village Pshaveli, Kakheti region.
2003 - "Kazbegi" starts its operations in the construction of tourist-sports complex on Didveli mountain in Bakuriani. The project is devised for building  five star hotels, cable ways, sports and entertainment centres.
2005 - "Pshaveli-Kazbegi" company was founded. Its main activities are agricultural production and processing, arrangement of hunting industry.
2006 - "Qartu Universal"  and company "Zamex Print"  joins "Kazbegi" group.
