"Kazbegi-Pshaveli"
The company  "Kazbegi-Pshaveli" was founded in 2003. Its main activity is to obtain, process and market timber, restore forest tracts. In 2005, timber processing plant was set up in the village Pshavi, Telavi region.
1,5 million EUR of investment was made. This was the first biggest investment in timber industry in Georgia. The plant capacity is 10 cubic metres a year.
The company specializes in the supply of hardwood, plywood and lumber. It can provide rough kiln-dried lumber, surfaced two sides (S2S) lumber, and dimension stock.”Kazbegi-Pshaveli” can also supply quality boards, parquet, floor boards and dimension timber of high quality, solid wood such as walnut, beech, oak, and chestnut in quantities from as little as a single pallet to a container load per shipment.
“Kazbegi-Pshaveli” is a current exporter to China, Iran, Turkey and Israel.
Environmentally, the “Kazbegi-Pshaveli’ uploads the highest standards of ensure quality, while maintaining a commitment to the health and integrity of our forests and wider environment.
The company closely cooperates with the state department of forestry  and also with "Georgian forestry project". Along with taking timber out of forest tracts of Telavi, Kvareli and Akhmeta regions, the company will also take care of the regeneration of plants and will supply sapplings.
